Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India. Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability in your area. If your location is not serviceable, we'll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Q: How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and the product, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, although deliveries to certain locations may take a little longer depending on courier serviceability.

Q: Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we'll share your tracking details via email and/or SMS/WhatsApp so you can monitor your shipment.

Q: What if my location is not serviceable?
If we are unable to deliver to your location, we'll inform you at the earliest and process a full refund for your order.
