Returns & Refunds

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and that’s okay.

Q: What is your return policy?
We currently accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

Q: Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Nutrition products (energy gels, supplements, etc.)

  • Toe socks, toe separators, or similar hygiene-related items

  • Products explicitly marked as non-returnable on the product page

Q: Who bears the return shipping cost?
Athletic Edge will bear the return shipping cost.

Q: How do refunds work?
Once we receive and find the returned product satisfactory, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days.
